Our story

Before DT Realty, Timur and Dmitrii worked together for 2 years at a real estate agency in Batumi. Over that time they built their own client base and their own view of what a real estate agency should be. That is how DT Realty was founded in 2024.

What our services cost

• Buying a new-build apartment is free for the buyer. Our commission is paid by the developer.
• Buying on the resale market is free for the buyer too. The commission is paid by the seller, the owner of the property.

Personal property search is arranged under a separate contract. We monitor the market against your criteria, send you suitable options with specifications, price and legal status, arrange viewings and negotiate price and terms with sellers. Our lawyer checks the owner's documents, we prepare the deposit agreement and the sale contracts and accompany you when the deal is registered at the Public Service Hall. The fee is fixed, we quote it during the consultation, and it is paid on the day the main contract is signed.

How buying remotely works

If you are outside Georgia, we run detailed video viewings, agree the terms with you and close the deal by power of attorney. Registering ownership at the Public Service Hall takes 1 day.
