About the project

Art House is a residential complex on Batumi New Boulevard, 500 meters from the sea, on a gated territory of 6,000 sq. m. The project consists of two 35-storey blocks. The complex concept is art-living: it will include a children art school and an exhibition gallery, so the public areas are designed with references to different styles of painting. On-site infrastructure includes F&B outlets, an art school and gallery, a kids playroom, a fitness gym, coworking, a 24/7 reception and spacious lobbies, an outdoor pool and open-air bar, a playground, a BBQ area, jogging tracks, a mandarin garden, an all-season sports court with rubber flooring and two-level underground parking. The territory is gated, with automatic barriers, 24/7 CCTV and security, and the courtyard is car-free. Nearby are the beach and promenade, a 13-hectare park, a shopping and entertainment center, restaurants, casinos and a nightclub, a water park and a stadium; by car it is 5 minutes to the international airport and 10 minutes to Batumi city center. Apartments from 31 to 58 sq. m are handed over in white frame condition. The down payment is 20%, with interest-free in-house installments of 30 months for Block A and 24 months for Block B.
