About the area
The district begins at Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street and stretches along the sea toward the airport. Unlike the historic center, New Boulevard was planned around modern urban standards: plenty of open space, greenery, wide sidewalks and cycle lanes. The pride of the location is the large landscaped Lech and Maria Kaczynski Park of about 130,000 square meters. The park was recently enhanced with new trees and new places to rest.
The location suits both high-yield rental and permanent living. Investors are drawn by steady demand from solvent tourists and expats. For everyday life there is all the necessary infrastructure: the largest mall, Metro City, supermarkets, modern fitness clubs, prestigious casinos, restaurants and private beach clubs.
Transport access is another strong argument. You can reach the historic center in 10-15 minutes along the promenade, bypassing the main city traffic. The district is also very close to Batumi International Airport, which makes it remarkably convenient for frequent flyers.

Absolutely. There is a large, clean park, many safe modern playgrounds, and wide sidewalks convenient for strollers. The area is noticeably quieter than central Batumi.
How long does it take to reach the city center?
By car or taxi, about 10-15 minutes. You can also ride a bike or scooter along a dedicated cycle lane right by the sea in 20-25 minutes.
Are there any drawbacks to the district?
Because of the proximity to the airport, planes come in to land quite low. For some the roar of the engines is a downside; for others it becomes entertainment: there is a popular spotting point where tourists take striking shots right under the passing aircraft. Also, in the evening a lot of rental transport (bikes, mopeds) is placed along the promenade and takes up part of the pedestrian area.
