Aurum Fort

About the project

Aurum Fort is a club house on a Gonio hillside, surrounded by a walnut grove, at about 145 meters above sea level. The low-rise complex of 33 residences (including two penthouses) is built in deconstructivist architecture: the building form follows the tectonics of the slope, and the asymmetric facade shields from the sun while preserving a 180-degree panorama. The club format with a homogeneous community and six residences per floor eliminates through traffic and keeps the corridors quiet. Residences with ceilings up to 3 meters, panoramic glazing and their own balcony or terrace open a direct view of the sea and the green slopes. The complex is fully autonomous: three independent water sources, a generator and solar panels, central gas heating with individual meters, fiber-optic internet and a Smart Home system. The structure is monolithic reinforced concrete on 14 piles, with seismic resistance of 8+ points on the MSK scale and a top fire-resistance class. On site there are a spa center, a lounge and Sky Bar, two-level parking for 33 cars with EV charging stations, regular golf-cart transfers and 24/7 hotel service with rental trust management. It is 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the airport. Residences from 26.1 to 81.8 sq. m come as studios, 1+1 and 2+1 layouts and penthouses, with a green frame finish using premium materials.
