Aurum Fort is a club house on a Gonio hillside, surrounded by a walnut grove, at about 145 meters above sea level. The low-rise complex of 33 residences (including two penthouses) is built in deconstructivist architecture: the building form follows the tectonics of the slope, and the asymmetric facade shields from the sun while preserving a 180-degree panorama. The club format with a homogeneous community and six residences per floor eliminates through traffic and keeps the corridors quiet.
Residences with ceilings up to 3 meters, panoramic glazing and their own balcony or terrace open a direct view of the sea and the green slopes.
